Epin, Zircon and Siliplant are used to control stress in crop. Epine and Zircon are chemical antistress preparations. If three hot days are assumed and it is necessary to protect the plants from stress, then Epin is used. To reduce the stress of plants from the use of insecticides and fungicides, they also make their mixture with amino preparations.
You need to know how to make a mixture of amino acids and preparations for insecticidal or fungicidal treatment. Any chemical treatment implies water treatment, which is to lower the concentration of bicarbonates. Bicarbonate that is in water has a negative impact on: mineral nutrition, chemical treatments, entomophagous. If several treatments are made using high-bicarbonate water, then salts are deposited on the leaves, which badly affects the entomophagous absorption and spoil the parenchyma of the leaf. Firstly, a preparation containing amino acids is added to the prepared water. After this, check the pH of the solution and, if necessary, equalize its acidity. At the same time, the pH analysis should be done 10-15 minutes after the preparation of the solution, it is necessary to give it a stand. If you make a solution of acid in water, stir well the solution and make the pH measured immediately and in an hour, the difference can be up to 0.8. Even nitric acid does not immediately remove bicarbonates - you need to have about an hour, that is, you need to stand up. To acidify such solutions, it is not nitrogen or orthophosphoric acid, but lemon. It is soft and is part of the plants, and therefore does not harm the leaves. For example, you have 6.8 pH, and you need to make 6, then it's better to use citric acid. It is difficult for her to adjust the pH to two units, but 0.5-0.7 can be done. But with nitric acid, so accurately correct the acidity will be difficult. It is important to choose the acidity of the solution to be treated. For this purpose, the extract of leaves of the plant is made and its acidity is compared with the pH prepared for treatment of the solution. The difference in pH should not exceed 0,5, otherwise it is possible to get a burn on the plant or not to get a result from the use of preparations. Chemical preparations (insecticides and fungicides) are added lastly after all of the above actions. It should also be taken into account that not all plant protection products can be mixed with amino acids. Preparations based on sulfamines, sulfur and high alkaline cannot be mixed with amine preparations. Also, Falcon cannot be used in a mixture with other substances, because it destroys everything that can, it is a very hard preparation. And still it is necessary to prohibit Confidor and Actara, because they very badly affect the biology: harm bumblebees, entomophages. It is better than to process Lanat - cheap and nasty!
On lettuce, foliage treatments are not made at all. On lettuce, as the main growth stimulant and a preparation for protecting the plant, Previcur energy is used at a concentration of 0.15%. For 1000 m2 of area, a tank of 8 m3 is used, which operates 2-3 weeks, depending on the weather: a lot or little sun. In the summer, the tank is enough for a shorter time, in winter it works longer.
